We strive to describe each lot as accurately as possible, but we strongly encourage all bidders to attend a preview. If you’re unable to attend during the designated preview times, please contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate a private preview. There are many items that are sold in our auction for which we don't inspect or test for that matter, and therefore unless the items are specified as brand new, then it is safe to assume the items are used. It is because of this reason that we urge our customer to attend preview or perform inquiries with our auction team to ensure you are able to fully assess the lots prior to locking in a bid.
Failure to preview will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
We strictly adhere to our "AS IS, WHERE IS" policy as outlined by the auction company. Due to the high volume of items we process, we are unable to individually test or assess each lot. As such, it is solely the bidder’s responsibility to fully understand what they are bidding on. All sales are deemed final as of the pick up date.

We always strive to ensure that we are adequately staffed as it relates to having enough headcount to pull the purchased lots for our bidders. However, we are not staffed so that our team members will be assisting in loading vehicles. Most of the time, our team members are more than happy to assist, provided they have the ability and time to do so. But please keep in mind that there are many instances where they are physically unable to and during these instances, we ask that you make the necessary accommodations for yourself on pick up day.
Payments accepted: Cash or Zelle (email: mkmtradingllc@gmail.com). All items are sold as is/ where is. The content condition and authenticity are unknown. No refunds or exchanges will be given. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to have inspected thoroughly the merchandise and to have satisfied themselves as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely.

***WE WILL BEGIN TO CHARGE AND COLLECT $25 PER DAY FOR ANY INVOICES NOT PAID AND/OR PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICK UP DATES.
If you are picking up an item that weighs hundreds of pounds, please do not arrive alone and expect us to provide full service, including pulling, loading, and handling your order (unless you have specifically paid for these services). We dedicate over 10 days to preparing for these pickups and spend countless hours assisting customers. Our physical well-being often takes a toll after a long day of work. While we can load your truck or U-Haul with a forklift, we are not here to help you lift heavy items, such as a 400lb vanity, into a van or SUV, especially if you’ve brought an inadequate vehicle for the task. Similarly, we are not responsible for disassembling items or unpacking boxes to fit them into your vehicle. These tasks are your responsibility and should be handled on your own time and at your own expense. Loading a vehicle with a pallet should take no more than a few minutes. Please ensure you bring a properly sized vehicle for your oversized purchase. This has become an increasing issue, and moving forward, we will have to start saying no if these expectations are not met.
