All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no guarantees regarding condition or authenticity.
We strive to describe each lot as accurately as possible, but we strongly encourage all bidders to attend a preview. If you’re unable to attend during the designated preview times, please contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate a private preview. There are many items that are sold in our auction for which we don't inspect or test for that matter, and therefore unless the items are specified as brand new, then it is safe to assume the items are used. It is because of this reason that we urge our customer to attend preview or perform inquiries with our auction team to ensure you are able to fully assess the lots prior to locking in a bid.
Failure to preview will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
We strictly adhere to our "AS IS, WHERE IS" policy as outlined by the auction company. Due to the high volume of items we process, we are unable to individually test or assess each lot. As such, it is solely the bidder’s responsibility to fully understand what they are bidding on. All sales are deemed final as of the pick up date.
Please make the necessary arrangements for your pick up.
We always strive to ensure that we are adequately staffed as it relates to having enough headcount to pull the purchased lots for our bidders. However, we are not staffed so that our team members will be assisting in loading vehicles. Most of the time, our team members are more than happy to assist, provided they have the ability and time to do so. But please keep in mind that there are many instances where they are physically unable to and during these instances, we ask that you make the necessary accommodations for yourself on pick up day.
