- Lots will close at 3 per minute. Unless a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes, then 3 more minutes will be added.

- Pickup by the given pickup dates, if you do not there will be a $25 Rescheduling Fee.
- If you fail to pay for your invoice or make arrangements with the auctioneer by the end of the given pickup day, your number will be blocked, and a Reinstatement Fee will be charged to regain access.
